DCWV September Challenge

Helloo everybody!!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!! Today I leave you with a post for my DCWV September Stack-a-holic Challenge. We were given a sketch and the contest is to make a layout based on the sketch. As a prize 3 stacks will be given away to one random winner. I had a lot of fun doing this; it was fast and a great layout to use scraps! In this layout I used the DCWV Harvest Gatherings stack for the whole layout. I hope you enjoy!!

For my second day, I altered a clipboard. I wanted something simple, so I just covered the front and back with some DCWV paper. I also made a post-note holder. I got the tutorial from Splitcoaster. I hope you enjoy and make sure you keep hopping along! Thanks so much!!

For my first day I was inspired by the Smashbook and decided to make one of my own. The book came from Prima and the paper quality is great. The paper I used to cover the pages came mainly from DCWV stacks and some pages were just stamped. In some pages I put pockets and flaps for storage. It’s a great source to put away little bits of inspiration.

First Day of Autumn Blog Hop

Los colores están cambiando, y las hojas se están cayendo, eso quiere decir que llego el Otoño. Bienvenidas a este blog hop, espero que podamos darles inspiración para la temporada que llega. So I was inspired to make a little box to organize my coupons. I made this coupon organizer from some instructions on Splitcoaster. The great thing is that it can be altered in size to store coupons, cards, flashcards, and anything else you want. The paper I used is from the new fall stack from DCWV and the embellishments were also included in the stack. I made a border with a Martha Stewart punch, and glued a brown ribbon on the inside as a handle. Finally I used some Velcro so it would close.

Mi proyecto es una cajita para organizar cupones. Se puede modificar en tamaño para organizar tarjetitas, tareas, notas, etc. Utilice papel de DCWV en todo mi proyecto. Puse Velcro para que pegara al cerrar. Le hice un borde a la tapadera usando un punch de Martha Stewart. Últimamente pegue un listón por la parte de adentro para agarradera.

This first card is a purse shaped card i made using DCWV Tattered Time Stack. Esta primera tarjeta que hice es una bolsa con el papel DCWV Tattered Time.

The inside has a little inspirational message with a ballerina dress stamped.

Por adentro tiene un mensaje de inspiracion y un vestido de bailarina .

This second card is using leopard print!!! I embossed black cardstock and used purple letters with some Prima flowers. Cocktel Denny is a digital stamp from Karber Digital , I printed her out and colored her with Prismacolors and some baby oil.

Esta segunda tarjeta la hice con papel estampado leopardo, papel negro, letras moradas, y unas florecitas de Prima. La digi es de Karber Digital, se llama Cocktel Denny, y la pinte con Prismacolors y aceite de bebe.

Finally I made a 3-D shoe that can be used as a favor box. I used red cardstock and another Prima flower. I found 3 links for templates online, the links are below so you can take your pick!!

Finalmente hice una zapatilla 3-D que se puede busar para fietas! Utilice papel rojo y otra flor de Prima. Encontre 3 paginas con el diseno de zapatilla les deje los links abajo para que utilisen el que mas les guste!
